DESCRIPTION:Join the Homeless Children’s Education Fund for the first Homeless Education Network (HEN) meeting of 2018! \nThe day’s agenda will include: free lunch and networking; update on new HEN structure and goals; 2018/19 HEN activities\, including planning for a HEN newsletter\, Summit VIII\, and Government Briefings; update on HCEF\, Family Links\, and the 412 Youth Zone’s Youth Outreach Advocate training program\, an innovative new initiative resulting from discussions at Summit VII.5 that empowers unstably housed youth to train their peers on Bigburgh use; and a tour of HEN partner the Society for Contemporary Craft’s facilities and exhibition. \nThere will be a brief meet and greet at 11:30 before launching into the rest of the program\, and lunch will begin by 12:30. \n \nPowered by Eventbrite
