
Thank you to all who joined us at our 5th annual Summit: Paving the Way!
The purpose of Summit VI was to showcase innovative and collaborative solutions being implemented at the local, regional, and national level to support teens and young adults in housing crisis. The event celebrated the collective progress made by local partners in 2015, while issuing a call to action for greater community investment in this youth population.

We congratulate our 2015 award recipients! The Resiliency Award went to Shonice H, Kylar A, Lezlee F, Taylor K, and Colin W. The HCEF Youth Resilience Award is given to young people who demonstrate an outstanding commitment to pursuing their own life goals and to serving their community, despite having experienced homelessness. This year we honor five young adults who have inspired and impacted those around them in profound ways.
