US Congressmen Mike Doyle and Dwight Evans, of PA’s 18th District and 3rd district respectively, will be co-hosting along with Kathy Desmond of People’s Emergency Center, a shelter in Philadelphia.
Researchers will review findings from the CDC’s Youth Risk Behavioral Survey across 24 states, including PA, and present a case that youth homelessness may be drastically underestimated in PA and across the US.
